Simple, transparent per-pane pricing. For windows cleaned both inside and out:
$3.50per ground-level pane
$7.00per second-storey pane
$1.15per mini pane
How to estimate your price
Count your ground-level windows — each individual pane — and multiply by $3.50 per pane. For example, a ranch slider normally has 4 panes: 4 × $3.50 = $14.00.
For second-storey height windows, count the panes the same way and multiply by $7.00 per pane. Mini panes are $1.15 each. Very large panes may count as 2–3 windows per pane.
Minimum charge
My minimum charge is $65 if I'm roughly in the area on the day, or $80 if extra travel is needed. This is the total price charged for jobs that fall under the above prices — not a callout fee.
Good to know
- Prices are subject to inspection.
- Windows that haven't been cleaned for a long time may cost around 10% extra.
